​​Slow Girl Foods grew from a seed of an idea--that you don't have to sacrifice great taste and nutrition for convenience.  Our first product, slow cooked steel-cut oatmeal with quinoa, allows you to save time, but still eat healthy.


Slow Girl Foods spends the time you don’t have to prepare slow cooked steel-cut oatmeal.  Just because you’re too busy to spend 45 minutes stirring oatmeal does not mean you have to forgo the nutty, chewy great taste of slow cooked steel-cut oatmeal. Simply heat and eat and you’ll start your day with a nutritional breakfast packed with protein and fiber and low in fat and sugar.  This is not instant oatmeal; it is steel-cut whole oats fully cooked for you so that you can simply heat and eat whenever it's convenient.
