slow food, fast

This venture began with the sole purpose of helping busy folks to eat healthier on the go.  We are hard at work testing more recipes that go beyond the breakfast table, but with the goal of providing health in a cup.  Some of the works in progress:
  • soba noodles, with butternut squash and kale
  • oatmeal with pumpkin and walnuts
  • quinoa with roasted vegetables in vinaigrette
